Simply put, Damien has a passion for connecting people with the life-changing power of Jesus Christ, inspiring a sense of wonder about who God is, the beauty of gathering together, and the joy of being the Church - an expression of the Good News of Jesus lived out in the day-to-day!

Outside of leading McAdenville Wesleyan Church, Damien moonlights as a video games journalist and is the co-founder and co-host of Roll The Level - a podcast and live-streaming team dedicated to bringing conversations about life, God, and video games to people at all stages of their faith journey.
Co-championing this vision of connecting people with Jesus is Damien's wife, Baily. An elementary art teacher by day, Baily can be found planning events, baking cookies, greeting guests, or assisting with the technical sides of a Sunday morning!
Together, they share a heart to see people experience Jesus and grow in their faith.
Whether it's through passionate preaching and worship, conversations over a cup of coffee, or a shared experience through video game livestreams, Damien holds a firm conviction that the Christian experience is one best lived "together in discovery, united in community, and always with Jesus."
